Shipping & Handling

Once you have completed your purchase your impression kit will be posted out to you via Royal mail first class post. Kits will normally arrive within 3 working days for inland orders or 10 working days for international orders.

The return postage for your kit is included in the postage and packaging charge. The envelope and postage stamp will be included in your kit delivery.

The kit delivery will also include detailed instructions on how to take your fingerprint impressions, however instructions can also be found on our F.A.Q page.

Once your completed kit has been received back at our studio the process will begin to create your pieces and they will then be returned to you via Royal Mail Special delivery. All pieces are insured up to £500 so you can rest assured that they will arrive safe and well.
